STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR FAMILY - Register by clicking HERE, OR by calling 337-234-0443, OR pick up a registration form from any Lafayette McDonald's or Adventure location listed above. Drop off or mail completed registration forms to Healing House Administrative Offices 715 Lee Ave, Lafayette, LA 70501.
STEP 2: PICK UP YOUR ADVENTURE MAP -Adventure maps, along with a complete list of adventure day activities, will be available for pick-up March 18-22 at Healing House Administrative Offices 715 Lee Ave Lafayette, La 70501.
STEP 3: LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN - On Saturday, MARCH 23rd, complete at least 4 of the Adventure Day activities listed on the map and turn in your family's map by 6PM at Healing House or McDonald's on Kaliste Saloom Road to enter your family into the GRAND PRIZE DRAWING where THREE LUCKY FAMILY'S WILL WIN FABULOUS PRIZE PACKAGES!!!
